SUMMARY  To coordinate sales and marketing functions by providing day-to-day marketing and administrative support.  Coordinates with order department to fulfill customer communications.  


  • Update and maintain administrative documents to support sales information.
  • Assemble marketing materials for distribution.
  • Prepare room and webcasts for sales and marketing meetings.
  • Create reports for communicating sales and market information to third parties.
  • Support the creation of marketing tools, i.e. marketing presentations, literature, price lists, videos, promotional items, and placement of advertising in trade publications
  • Administer Weiler website including but not limited to, up-to-date product content, quoting tool, literature, option catalogs, videos and technical data and manuals.
  • Perform administrative functions for media coverage plan, story opportunities, creation and placement and jobsite photo shoots.
  • Coordinate and support sales & marketing team for trade shows by performing all administrative functions.
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management system to generate reports for sales & marketing team.
  • Create and implement social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate and support Territory Sales Managers meetings.
  • Execute and administer customer visits and company events, including coordination of scheduling, catering, accommodations, and entertainment.
  • Assist customer order department by communicating with customers regarding parts availability, shipping and pricing, creating sales orders in the system, and advise customers of parts order status.
  • Manage Weiler Gear program for employee and customer purchasing including ordering, inventory management and order fulfillment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE  Two years of work experience in related field. Working knowledge of heavy equipment preferred.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS  Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.  Ability to effectively present information to internal and external individuals and groups


  • Microsoft Office including, but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Solid knowledge of social media outlets.
  • Experience with Customer Relation Management System preferred.
  • Experience with SalesForce preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.


  • Ability to apply and execute time management tactics to maximize efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
  • Ability to learn relevant product and industry trade.
  • Ability to apply basic mechanical and technical aptitude
