Weiler WatchTM provides machine specific wear life calculations based on periodic wear component measurements. Machine specific calculations allow for maximum life of wear components and ability to schedule maintenance for minimal down time.
MACHINE HEALTH.
View machine fault codes with fault status, source, description and type. Review machine diagnostics at last reported time or use Rapid Report to access real-time diagnostics for the engine, drivetrain, feeder system, sensors and CAN system.
MAINTENANCE HISTORY.
Weiler WatchTM notifies users of next scheduled maintenance requirements. System allows user to log service activities to create a service history for each asset.
