W330 Road Widener
The W330 was built for the smaller job applications. It offers a working width up to 6 feet and depths from 8 inches above grade to 10 inches below grade. The W330 can easily transform to a legal shipping width of 8.5 feet by simply swinging and locking the tools to the side of the machine and folding up the hopper.
The W330 features a high-temperature-resistant belt coupled with a powerful drive to ensure top material handling. A variable-speed, hydraulic, end-drive system — with a high-torque, direct-drive motor — powers the 18-inch-wide conveyor belt at speeds ranging from 0 to 400 fpm.
Discharge speed is controlled by the conveyor speed lever, and a convenient foot pedal can be used to turn the belt on and off. The large-capacity receiving hopper has a 9-foot-4-inch opening, with an optional hydraulic push beam that provides flexibility for multiple truck styles. The chain-driven belt provides a positive drive and keeps the belt tracking straight in line.
